We would like to welcome you to Aspull Surgery Online

To produce high quality care for all of our patients in a caring, responsive, courteous and supportive manner.
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete a registration form along with additional forms about yourself and you will be offered a new patient medical.
You can find out all about registration on the new patients page.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to process your repeat prescriptions. We would be grateful if patients can refrain from telephoning before the 48 hour period has passed.
Thank you for your consideration
**Please note that the practice will be closed from 12.00-2.00pm on Wednesday 31st October 2018 for staff training**
Friends and Family Test
We would be grateful if you would complete a short survey either online Here or when you visit surgery (complete a card). The feedback can be good experience as well as bad.
This feedback is used to give current and prospective patients information about experiences of those who have used our service.
New Text Messaging Service
Please inform us of your mobile phone number
We have introduced a new text messaging service that will automatically remind you of your appointment if we have your mobile phone number on your records. This has proven a great experience for patients and it will allow you to cancel an appointment by text message. This will help with freeing up appointments where patients have not attended and forgotten to cancel.
CHOOSE WELL CAMPAIGN
We need you to think about where to access healthcare. Please try to choose appropriately. The leaflet below will help you decide which service is the most appropriate for your symptoms. It explains what each NHS service does, and when it should be used.
